About

Heal from Attachment Trauma & Abuse

Attachment trauma affects how you connect with others and disrupts your ability to have healthy relationships. Maybe you grew up in dysfunction and get stuck in abusive relationships or maybe you settle for less than the bare minimum. It's a cycle that reinforces a false notion that you are unworthy of healthy relationships. Let's break that cycle. You can heal. You can value yourself and have relationships that are safe and healthy. You are worthy of that. Let me show you how. Sometimes we start by getting you out of the toxic relationship cycle and getting through the breakup. From there, we'll do damage control by creating healthier boundaries, support systems, and safety. Meanwhile, I'll be working with you to learn emotion regulation and interpersonal skills to help you grow your self-confidence and manage healthier relationships. Other times, we're making peace with your childhood by confronting the dysfunctional dynamics of your upbringing and how it repeats in your adult relationships. In this work, we're breaking the generational traumas that are plaguing your ability to grow. Sometimes that means ending relationships that are really hard to end. Most of all, I will be by your side to show you how strong you really are until you believe it yourself. Healing unresolved trauma takes a big leap of trust. Ask me how I know?...I've walked in your shoes. You can heal and it starts with you believing you're worth more than what you're accepting. I'll be with you every step of the way.
